RIGHTWriters Helps Edelman Public Relations Train Personnel Better

Chicago-based Edelman is the world’s leading independent public relations firm, with more than 3,500 employees in 51 offices worldwide. RIGHTWriters developed a seven-volume set of customized PeopleSoft Training and Reference Guides for back-office personnel. To meet an aggressive delivery schedule, RWI staffed the project with seasoned writers experienced with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.

The remote development team included instructional designers and technical writers, a project manager, tools and templates expert, graphic designer, and editor. To expedite development, our team developed Microsoft Word templates to automate formatting. In less than 5 months, RIGHTWriters developed more than 1,600 pages of original content using design specifications, remote access to the application, and limited communication with Subject Matter Experts.
