As founder and operator of RIGHTWriters, Inc., Terri is a consummate professional, with strategic project management skills and a strong client focus. She draws on her long experience as a consultant to quickly understand a client’s business, determine the best, most cost-effective solution, and rapidly deliver what the client needs. Terri listens to her clients, matches the best resources from her network of writers, graphic designers, and other professionals, and then delivers work on time and on budget.
Terri is a strong writer and editor with a heavy emphasis on standards and consistency. She’s developed corporate style guides for numerous companies, from small start-ups to mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations. Terri is detail oriented with ability to see the big picture after having spent nearly 10 years in the corporate sector managing groups of writers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Masters in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
Bob Moon is a former senior consultant for RIGHTWriters, and he continues to serve in an advisory capacity. Bob provides strategic input on project planning and technical implementation for our complex projects. As the architect of the RIGHTWriters documentation template system that is integral to many of our projects, Bob remains involved in template design and support, and advises on extending the template system in response to changes in Microsoft Office.
In addition to his advisory role at RIGHTWriters, Bob serves as an information architect at Fiserv. Prior to that, he was a director at M1 Global Solutions, operated his own technical and marketing consulting firm, and has held technical writing positions at Rockwell Automation, Geac, and Unisys. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berry College.
Strategy, diverse cultural and industry business practices, entrepreneurial expertise—these are the primary attributes that Jeanette brings to the table at RIGHTWriters. She has developed and set the course for numerous business ventures in the United States and abroad, with nearly 20 years experience in drafting and implementing strategic business plans. From investment management to manufacturing, Jeanette has the unique ability to work in challenging environments with diverse individuals. She can quickly grasp complex business practices to synthesize important information for clients.
Jeanette has worked with governments, international organizations, multinational corporations, non-profits and small businesses to find the driving force that propels dynamic environments. She has served as advisor to global consulting firms, owned and operated a winery in Europe, served as financial advisor to Booz Allen Hamilton, and various other senior consulting and business development positions. Jeanette is currently earning an Executive Doctorate of Business degree from Georgia State University, holds a Masters degree in International Business and International Relations from Webster University in Vienna, Austria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Texas at Austin.
With a strategic eye for design, detail, and visual appeal, Jill leverages more than 20 years of experience providing design solutions and consulting services to our Fortune 500, mid-size, and small companies. She can quickly grasp the graphical requirements of any client project—from what captures the intended audience’s attention, to the most efficient method in which to execute the design. Jill strongly believes that high-quality services, attention to detail, and ethical business practices result in long-term satisfied clients. She stringently searches for the best solution and wisely allocates the client’s budget, ever cognizant of how to get the “biggest bang for the buck.”
She’s worked closely with marketing teams, programmers, writers, instructional designers, testers, as well as packaging, distribution, and usability engineers in a wide variety of industries. Clients such as A.C. Nielsen, Alltel, Bank of America, Coca-Cola Enterprises, IBM Corporation, InComm, and Mitsubishi have relied on her keen eye for design. Before joining forces with RIGHTWriters and launching an independent design firm, Jill managed a team of graphic designers at Dun & Bradstreet Software. She graduated in 1985 with a BFA degree in Visual Communication from Arizona State University. Her post-graduate training includes courses in usability techniques for the web, interface design and development, and information mapping for documentation and training materials.
With more than 25 years of technical writing experience, Jan oversees a wide range of client material for RIGHTWriters. Her expert interpretation of complex information allows her to deliver precise and understandable end-user documentation, instruction and training manuals, multi-media scripting, online help information, and much more. Jan’s tool box includes various word processing programs, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, FullShot, RoboHelp, MadCap Flare, and FrameMaker.
Jan has applied her skills for companies such as IBM, Fannie Mae, BellSouth, ADP, Digital Communications Associates, Nortel and others where she provided documentation, training materials, presentations and other content. She holds a B.A. in History from Agnes Scott College and a membership with the Society for Technical Communication and the National League of American Pen Women.
Tracy brings nearly 20 years of experience in developing user and technical documentation to RIGHTWriters. Her areas of expertise include information mapping, online help design, course development and instruction using RoboHELP, MadCap Flare, and web application design. She has also developed technical documents such as API guides and functional specifications. Tracy is adept at applying her numerous software and operating systems skills to any project that she tackles—no matter how simple or complicated.
Whether she is creating brochures, training guides or PowerPoint presentations for The Home Depot, updating project management software content for Coca-Cola, or developing other materials for start-up or mid-sized companies, Tracy’s technical documentation capabilities are a solid asset for RIGHTWriters. Previously, she served in senior writing positions for Digital Insight, General Electric, S1 Corporation, Scientific-Atlanta, IBM and various other companies. Tracy earned her Master of Science degree in Technical Communications Management from Mercer University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kennesaw State University where she graduated cum laude.
Candi combines extensive marketing experience with incisive writing skills. She has developed content for a diverse range of clients and leverages more than 20 years of marketing communications experience in the technology, healthcare, transportation, and financial business sectors. Our in-house branding and marketing consultant, Candi works with a range of corporations and industries to provide a wide breadth of writing services, global marketing, brand strategy, and corporate communications services.
She has contributed to communications strategies and impacted market share at numerous companies, including Cooper-Atlanta Transportation, Abovo Marketing, BANC: Source, Geac SmartStream, Morehouse School of Medicine, Nortel Networks, and more. Candi also developed marketing and communications strategies for companies such as Solarcom, Hitachi, Intecolor and IBM Software through various positions at a leading technology marketing agency. She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in business, journalism and psychology from Georgia State University.
